This is the town Ted and family are moving to in the next few weeks.

 He’ll be a Southern puppy!

Lead walking.

 I’ve been having trouble getting Ted to walk on a loose lead.  I have arthritis in my hands. So any pulling hurts - and stopping or changing direction when he leans into the harness hurts too.  So my husband and I swapped dogs, but he has no patience for dog training (he has plenty of patience for wood turning etc, but not for dog training!) so Ted has been getting worse and worse.

Until I bought a game changer - a waist belt and bungee lead. It works!  I can train Ted as I always have with the other pups, no more sore hands.  He’s improving every day. 

Time to move on to our new home.

 

 

He’s doing well in the car now.

Little Ted went for his first rainy walk today - now he looks like a poodle!

 

We go for free runs every day, he’s getting a bit more bold. Much bolder when we go with Tatze.
